In the adhesive industry, high-performance polyacrylate/nano-SiO2 inorganic composite pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsions were prepared by first treating nano-SiO2 with silane coupling agent CFS-080 Vinyltriethoxysilane [CAS 78-08-0; KBE1003; A-151; VTEOA; KH151] and then effectively dispersing it into nanoparticles and compounding it with polyacrylate obtained by in situ emulsion polymerization. The cohesion and peel strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsions were improved by the introduction of nano-SiO2. The silane coupling agent is used as an adhesive for bonding silicone rubber to titanium alloy, which is treated by fine sand blasting and vulcanization process; the pressure level is 10Mpa, and the bonding strength is 2.3Mpa when maintained at 170℃ for 15min. to more than 5Mpa. From the modification results can be seen, silane coupling agent CFS-080 Vinyltriethoxysilane [CAS 78-08-0; KBE1003; A-151; VTEOA; KH151] in which the role is indispensable.
