1, from the practical point of view. As long as the domestic brand of waterproofing agent can provide the relevant authority (preferably the National Building Materials Board) identification and certification of the waterproofing effect of the inspection report, and the inspection effect is not less than or slightly lower than similar foreign products, the best preferred domestic brands. Domestic brands have an advantage in price, and easy to buy, product quality disputes are better negotiated, the product provider's technical support and after-sales service can keep up.

2, from price considerations. At present, the price of domestic waterproofing agent varies greatly, if you think the price is high is good waterproofing effect and choose a high-priced waterproofing agent, then the cost of waterproofing agent per unit area will be too high, the profits of enterprises are relatively low. Therefore, the choice of waterproofing agent, should take into account the price and effect of the relationship between the two.

3, from the concept of environmental protection. The market now sells waterproofing agents are environmentally friendly and non-environmentally friendly two. In the selection of waterproofing agents to take into account whether the selected waterproofing agent on the environment, the operator, the use of people harmful. Environmentally friendly water repellents do not pollute the environment, the operator will not produce side effects, not to mention harming the health of personnel.
