Co-Formula silane coupling agent CFS-867, Triethylsilane is a colorless and transparent organosilicon intermediate. It is easy to hydrolyze and emit ethanol to generate the corresponding condensate. It can also be prepared by reacting silicon powder with ethanol in the presence of a copper catalyst. It is used to synthesize organosilicon intermediates and various silane coupling agents. It can also be used to prepare high-purity silane gas by disproportionation reaction, or to prepare organic-inorganic hybrid materials.
