Application of CFS-8766 N-phenyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane CAS 3068-76-6 [Y-9669; KBM-573; Z-6883]

1. CFS-8766 [Y-9669; KBM-573; -6883] as an additive or formulated as a primer solution, it is used in phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, polyurethane, silicone, epoxy, nitrile, phenolic, acrylic and other coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants, to improve the adhesion, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, boiling resistance and scrub resistance of resin coatings, prolong the service life, and improve the dispersion and binding of color and filler in the resin phase.

2. Resin sand casting and resin abrasives are used to improve the adhesion and water resistance of resin and silica sand or abrasive.

3. Mineral filler or glass fiber filled plastic, rubber, resin and low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable material are used to improve the dispersion and combination of filler and fiber in the resin phase.

4. Surface treatment of inorganic mineral fillers, flame retardants and glass fibers to improve their dispersion, compatibility, adhesion and enhancement effect in the resin phase.

5. Used as an adhesion promoter or a primer in coating and sealants industries.

6. Used as a surface modifier to improve the dispersion and compatibility of inorganic fillers and enhance the bonding between organic resin and inorganic substrates.

7. Used in resin casting and resin grinding industries to improve the adhesion and water resistance properties of resin and silica sand or abrasives.
