Silicone oil is widely used in textile industry，whether in fabric production, yarn and thread production, post dyeing and product processing. According to different conditions, silicone oil can form soft and durable films, with low friction coefficient, inertia, durability, heat resistance and low surface tension, so that the products can meet the ideal requirements.

Silicon oil is widely used in motors, electrical appliances and electronic instruments as insulation medium with high temperature resistance, arc resistance, corona resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture-proof and dust-proof. At present, it is also used as transformer and capacitor oil, which can reduce the volume of transformer, increase power, improve safety and pollution-free.

Silicone oil is widely used as anti vibration and damping oil for instrument fan and buffer damper. As a liquid spring, it has small volume and light weight. It can bear great impact force in a wide range of temperature. It is a good shock absorber.

Silicone oil is used as mold release agent. It can be widely used in plastic molding, rubber processing, metal casting, paper making, glass products, fiber, food and other aspects. It has the advantages of strong demoulding, high surface accuracy of products, low consumption, multiple use of one brush, safety, clean, non-toxic, tasteless and so on.

Silicone oil is used as defoamer. It is the most widely used defoamer with strong defoaming power, high temperature resistance, non volatilization, high chemical stability, non toxicity and safety. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, coating, pharmaceutical industry, leather making, fermentation, food, etc.

Silicone oil is used as surface treatment agent. Use 10% of the solution or emulsion on the surface of glass, ceramic and metal, and then carry out heat treatment at 150 to 300 degrees, and then a semi permanent waterproof, antitoxic and insulating film can be formed. It can also be used for water treatment of paper, leather, building materials and fabrics.
