Reaction characteristics
CFS-765 [ND-42] will react with ketones and ester solvents, so it is not recommended to dilute this product with the above solvents. The silane itself or the silanized substrate can react with carbon dioxide in the air to form the corresponding carbonate or carbamate.
Inorganic materials suitable for this product include glass, glass fiber, glass wool, mineral wool, mica, quartz and other siliceous materials and aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, kaolin, talc, steel, zinc, aluminum and other metals and their oxides, but it has no effect on calcium carbonate, graphite, carbon black, barium sulfate and other fillers that do not contain hydroxyl on the surface.
Suitable polymers for silane coupling agent CFS-765 [ND-42] include (but are not limited to) phenolic, epoxy, furan, urea-formaldehyde, polyurethane, acrylic, polyester, silicone, nitrile and other thermosetting resins and nylon, polycarbon ester, PBT, PET, EVA, modified PP, PVC, PVB, PVAC, PS and other plastics.

Application
1.CFS-765 [ND-42] can be used as an additive or formulated as a primer solution for silicone, phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, furan, polyurethane, epoxy, nylon, acrylic and other coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants. It is used to improve the adhesion, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, boiling resistance and scrub resistance of the resin coating, prolong the service life, and improve the dispersion and adhesion of the pigment and filler in the resin phase.
2. CFS-765 [ND-42] is mainly used to improve the adhesion and water resistance and weather resistance of RTV sealant to metal (aluminum, copper, silver, iron, zinc, etc.), glass, ceramics, cement, polar resin (phenolic, epoxy, silicone, plexiglass, ABS, unsaturated polyester, polystyrene) and other substrates.
3. CFS-765 [ND-42] can be used in mineral filler or glass fiber filled plastic, rubber, resin and LSZH flame retardant cable material to improve the dispersion and bonding of filler and fiber in the resin phase.
4.CFS-765 [ND-42] can be used for the surface treatment of inorganic mineral fillers, flame retardants and glass fibers to improve their dispersion, compatibility, adhesion and enhancement effect in the resin phase.
